No One Throws a Company BBQ like NSU…

October 10, 2017

September marked the return of the NSU BBQ on our calendars. And it’s tough to throw a BETTER party than NSU. The day was filled with family, friends, laughter and an abundance of good times. There was also much to do…

Hayrides touring Carriage Farm, compliments of Ed Clerico pictured above driving.

Enjoying the hayride is Dennis Keefe accompanied by his wife Jessica and their son Dominic.

The BBQ featured fun activities and games for all ages…

A proper BBQ requires amazing food!

When these gentlemen get together, you are in for a serious meal! They served everything from shrimp to clams, the classics; pulled pork and BBQ chicken, and of course the old favorites; burgers and hotdogs, southern mac & cheese, potato salad, pasta and much more. They also served Cajun grilled tofu (compliments of up and coming Chef; Eden Stern) and Hemp burgers, compliments of our friends at fellow B-Corp; Tofurky! (http://www.tofurky.com/)

Mastering the grill from left to right; Paul Bennett, Ed Bennett, and Jim Bauer. The Bennett brothers and Jim started cooking at daybreak and are seen here cooking a Jersey favorite for the team setting up; Pork Roll, egg, and cheese on a roll!

As a water company, we could not have a proper BBQ without a dunk tank…

Bill Massa, our fearless leader waves at the crowd of onlookers.

Bill was the first of several executives who braved the 80 degree (heated) dunk tank water along with; Adam Stern, Gary Mechler and Brooks Nelson.
